Because these services involve expert analysis, custom preparation, and non-reversible digital content, refund rights differ from those of physical goods.
2. Legal Framework
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 15-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, starting from the date of payment.
However, this right does not apply once:
You have explicitly agreed that the service may start before the end of the 15-day period, and
The service has been partially or fully delivered (for example, once your personalized plan, evaluation, or report has begun).
By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept that HairLossImmersion may begin providing the service immediately and that the right of withdrawal is waived once the service delivery begins.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted if:
The request is made within 15 days of purchase, and
The service has not yet been initiated, meaning no plan, analysis, or personalized report has been created or sent.
Once a service has begun or content has been accessed or delivered (including digital guides or consultation feedback), no refund will be issued.
4. Protection Against Abusive or Fraudulent Requests
HairLossImmersion reserves the right to refuse any refund request that appears dishonest, abusive, or intended to harm our reputation or operations.
Refunds will be denied or revoked in cases such as:
The customer has accessed, downloaded, or used part or all of the service content.
The request contains false information or contradictory claims.
The client displays hostile or manipulative behavior toward our team.
The intent appears to be malicious, competitive, or time-wasting.
All interactions and service deliveries are documented to verify good faith and protect HairLossImmersion from fraudulent actions.
5. Refund Discretion
Refund decisions are made case-by-case, based on factual evidence of eligibility and client conduct.
HairLossImmersion reserves full discretion to:
Approve or deny any refund request;
Offer an alternative solution (e.g., partial refund or service credit);
Permanently close the account of any user engaging in refund abuse or bad-faith conduct.
Refund decisions are final once communicated in writing.
6. Technical or Billing Errors
If a technical error occurs (e.g., duplicate payment, processing failure, or system bug), please contact us immediately.
Verified billing errors are refunded in full, regardless of other clauses.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Termination of Access
When a refund is issued, HairLossImmersion reserves the right to immediately:
Terminate access to all private areas, programs, and digital materials;
Revoke all future updates, check-ins, and communications linked to the refunded purchase.
